Hi all.
I thought this topick might be interesting.

But before we start playing i have to explain to you what words are likely to come from Greek words.
First of all any words with endings such as -ology or -ologist are very likely to be Greek words.
Also words with PH in them such as telephone.
Also words with -sis ending such as synopsis.
Also words that start with HY like hypopotamus or H E Heror etc.
Also words that start with Anti for example antisocialist etc.
I am sure there are more but i can't remember any other for now.
So now we can start playing. As i used a word starting with A which was antisocialist this will be the first word of the game.
You are welcome to come and play and i hope you find the game interesting. I am sure we will all learn by playing this game.
Nikos

Character. Words starting with CH come from Greek as well. CH represents the Greek letter Hi.

Well, we couldn't come up with a word beginning with F, so Nikos said it was alright to put one starting with G and miss out F, so, geology.

Couldn't find any words starting with J but there are some words starting with F. For example the word Fantacy.
So the next person can tell us a word starting with K.

Hi Michel. Thanks for trying my game. Yes psychologist is a word that comes from Greek so well done for that.
But the game has got the A to Z form. This means that we take terns writing words that are in alphabetical order. So you have to look for what the previous person posted and find a word that starts with the next letter of the alphabet. So last word was rhythm so you should find a word starting with the letter S.
But thanks for playing. I appreshiate it. It is good to see more English people playing.
